Oliver is a little boy who was born with a rare genetic disorder. Shortly after Oliver was born, his parents were told Oliver had dysmorphic features and after a chromosome check they discovered Oliver had a little bit extra of chromosome one. Doctors also discovered Oliver had square ribs and severe scoliosis, where his spine was curved. Oliver is the only person in the world with this condition and therefore his family are uncertain about his future.
Oliver has beaten the odds and is a little miracle. Oliver is a happy little boy and the family want to celebrate his life and thank some of the people that have been involved in supporting him over the last 4 years.
His parents, Caroline and Ian, are arranging a charity ball to raise funds for Oliver’s Tree and to help pay for a wheelchair and specialist equipment.
